the theory behind it has a few merits

it's low sugar, so helps your gut bacteria, it's low carb so helps you lose weight by lowering insulin, and it can also help as an elimination diet because it's low fibre as well, and meat is very easy to digest for us

there's also very little cooking time (2 mins each side for a steak) and little waste, because you just tear open some vacuum sealed steaks each day, it's made my tiny kitchen quite convenient

The haricot verts are cooked yesterday, BAER just wrapped them today in bacon and put under broiler. Then just boil some potats. And then a butcher bought premade schnitzel

And some instant gravy powder to make gravy
