Where Sam Raimi decided to film a movie (Evil Dead 1) then reboot that movie in to a partial sequel, partial reboot (Evil Dead 2). I’ve never seen it done prior or since with any film. Army of Darkness even refilmed the ending of Evil Dead 2 at the start of AoD. Totally nuts.
