As much as I like the dragon I have to say that you need to stop. If you keep working on it will not get better but worse. That would be quite sad because you created something really awesome.

But that is normal as beginner. Trust yourself and stay it away, start a new mini and look at it later on. If you still think it needs some touch up you can go again.

Worst that could happen is that you find a spot you don't like. Then you can fix it, but right now you will probably lose quite a lot of details if you continue putting paint on it
