It’s like vod streams. It uses combat log to see if ur in an arena match or pulling a boss for raid and automatically records video until match ends or you kill boss/wipe themnuploads to their servers to watch

Also has a section where it has Warcraft log. Style timeline of casts abilities used damage taken damage dealt etc
What I like is if you’re in a friends group with someone in squad and you’re both recording you can freely switch perspectives. If I’m watching a match and something happened at like 1:15 I can click my DH partner and it’ll switch to his perspective at 1:15 to see what’s going on with him
