@novel linden sotf ns regrowth is where ur gonna do your big heals and top people through CDs. your big thing with VI and swiftmend is CW extension. you can still actually double extend CW in pvp with the 8s thing but the window is super tight. swiftmend does eat the 2pc hot preferentially over rejuv so floral recycling is kinda shit conduit. the clearcasting one is probably better

In kitty you are basically setting up your warrior, he storm bolts something and you probably stun clone healer and pve dam until fury warrior kills someone
