Balance in bgs you 1. dot everything and starfall, surge whatever TC tells you to 2. go help rogue ninja bases ... can easily be one of the top dmg dealers in team fights but it doesn't feel that impactful because it's mostly dot/aoe dmg. Feral is a bad rogue. Guardian is mostly either staring hard at a flag or playing the hero, getting beat up by the entire enemy team ... much prefer that role myself 🙂

Any RBG guardians here? Decided to try playing Venthyr/Sleeper for carts/kotmogu last night instead of going boomkin ... was massively OP. This was after the initial team fight ... completely melted their team, 3x dmg of anyone else in the BG.

I think the key is to be more aggressive than them, and play very well defensively

Like it's definitely double the effort they're putting in but like if you can manage to basically juke their go's and do consistent go's every 30s you should be able to eventually kill the warrior

Being on the front foot vs them is very important

Try to tell your team that you need to open like ASAP, try to open before they connect to you

like, stun plus spam dispel, games during dps cds will toast you, but that's where teammates come in

2s is generally quite a bit slower and more methodical thing allows you to become more familiar with cd trading, spacing, dimishing returns, etc, whereas in 3s you will have games where you just die almost instantly or watch a teammate die and it's harder to figure out why, or what you could've done.

Although hopping into 3s especially if you have a regular group is also fine.

Kinda ... There's hardly anyone playing it but Guardian during incarn/ravenous frenzy is one of, if not the, strongest dps in the game whilst also being unccable and kinda immortal. I got 2.1 playing with a WW monk who'd do 1/3rd my dmg most arenas but could live vs pressure / apply some when it was useful. He was a bit undergeared, I've not been past 1900cr in arena before. It's gud.

Many games we could just melt the healer- disc/rdruid/mw are all soft, rsham was possible with rop/knocking out of totems, holy was a pain, started to go dps instead of them at the end.

Your healer has to be good about going for fears off traps
And your hunter needs to be consistent with trapping and kiting

Never trap without a stun
He stuns first then you bash next

Watch ur healers position or if your in comms ask him if he can fear off trap, if he can't, go for clone

Try to bait out kicks where you can to free up your healer to cast

If you're camping bear, you need to do a counter go to relieve it

Besides that just do your goes off cd and try to limit the other teams ability to play the game by kiting out melees and then cloning them when they give up chasing you

And I think it's really important to bash those off traps
The hunter should never trap without a stun
Otherwise he gets faded warded or deathed

in essence its the same thing as clicking spells

its not the end of the world, you can make it work

I come from pve and did mouseovers for a fair bit cause I could never figure out an arena 1/2/3 keybind setup that made sense to me. I’d recommend figuring something out whether it’s focus or arena and avoid clicking/mouseover 100%

Spent a lot of times healing while running away or kiting and I’d just be running into walls or not even looking at the fight lmao
