@vale bane Last season I would go 50-50 during a session and gain like 30-80 points. That doesn’t appear to be the case right now, or Atleast not to last seasons degree. 50-50 I end up pretty much where I started. I’m sure someone else can really explain how it works

If ladder runs from 1000 to 3200 rating, then 1800 rating is further from the top than if the ladder runs from 1000 to 2900 rating.

yeah. i typically want my go's every 30s in 2's. it means having varying levels of actual damage but theres no perfect way to work the cooldowns on adaptive / TF / FF / beserk / Trinket ... its like first GO is everything, 30seconds later its TF / Adaptive .... 3rd go is TF / FF / Trinket 4th go is just TF / Adaptive again... 5th go is ideally everything again.

try and gtfo. if you dont have mobility ready, try and cc with incap roar, stuns, or roots, if you cant do that, ask for help from teammates... maybe they can fear both or aoe root both, or something similar or life grip is really useful... if none of that is available then yeah, bear up and be useless for a bit
i dont like risking cyclone if im being trained by double melee, getting stunned out of form or just taking damaage out of form for 1.5s is brutal. if you can double cc with incap or double stun or something similar its safe-ish to go for cyclone but really be careful of trying for it.
