but some classes have much stronger mortal strike effects or passive effects without using a pvp talent, so if they do, yours is just irrelevant and you can talent out of it freely

Also from checking the armory on all the top ferals which is usually what someone will refer too when looking at what gear to get. Also all of the icy veins guides? I have a feeling you are just being difficult to work with.
Night fae requires just 6% haste in order to cast cyclone before incap roar breaks.
Necros main stat is haste after vers which is why you saying there is going to be a difference of 150 +/- the secondary stat just seems completely absurd to me and your only means of backing your own advice was that I was misinformed/foolish.

I stand corrected and it appears they are all stacking mastery as necro. I recall looking at that page a few weeks ago and maybe before the tier gear was on their they had geared slightly different. I recall seeing some of them up around 20% haste. This is much more achievable to swap between covenants if 10-13% haste is all that would be reccomended.
Just that the best in slot weps might not be ideal for the opposing covenant. Like you said though that should not determine the outcome of the fight based on those stats alone.
