I don't know for resto druid specifically, but the 2pc and 4pc bonuses for most classes are extremely strong and I think the 4pc resto bonus is particularly strong. I can't really tell if the 2pc is good or not because of the mastery interaction (good) offset by the swiftmend interaction (bad)

So, I am still thinking about circle of life and death and unbriddled swarm.
Unbriddled swarm has in sum a 93% chance to split at least once if it's not dispelled. And a 97% Chance to split again if it split the first hop. So it's quite often that you'll have multiple swarms flying around.

If you're on one target and the circle effect(-25% time as dot/-15% time as hot) comes into play, the dot from swarm gets reduced to 9 seconds, so also only 9 seconds of dot enhancement instead of 12. So, most of the time, the swarm will then jump to you for 10.8seconds and back to the target you're sticking at that time for another 9 seconds. That's in sum 28.2 seconds + travel time. The CD of Swarm is 25s so you'll still be able to re-stack and overlap the last stack.

If no heavy dispells come into place, you'll enhance pretty much any target you're currently putting bleeds on. Could be quite rotting.
