i use the immunity trinket to guarantee major cd's used in the first GO. and then they dont have them for the second. so even though im not immune to interrupts during the 2nd, there isnt much they can do either.

like i had a game yesterday against arms/mistweaver where i literally pulled Rally, Parry, Trinket from the warrior and trinket + life cocoon from the mistweaver and almost killed through all of that.

they had absolutely nothing to stop the 2nd convoke, so game was just over. It doesnt always work out that smooth, but thats the idea, that they are forced to over commit to the immune convoke and then the non-immune convokes are just easier.

i also had a game against a DH that trinketed + kicked into the immunity and just died.

I think it will lose value when people have Weak Auras set up to highlight that the feral is immune, and when people understand what CD's are necessary to survive without over or under committing. but for now its pretty hilarious.

To add to this, two main "playstyles" of rdruid, afk guardian aff max range pve healer, play very safe, only go in for roar clones/ bashes, or aggro feral aff going in for rake stuns/dmg/maiming cloning more aggressively.

Good druids can do both but I think it's just a current meta/ playstyle balance. Like I've seen hunter rdruids that are 2400+ guardian spec do nothing but pve heal clone off traps while their bm hunters just spam dmg and miss traps off of stuns. Vs playing feral aff requires a lot more awareness and prep and you can get punished bad if you're stunned in a bad situation.

But like the problem rn is like even with perfect feral aff play at the end of the day all ur dmg is slow rot dots, maim is a 20s stun that requires melee range, ur utility outside of clone/vortex/stuns is limited, and ur cds are garbage.

Like every you contribute as a feral aff rdruid, hpriest can just do better. You have maim bash clone, they have chastise fear. You have slow ticking rips that require melee range, they have holy fire smite minigames from 40y out. You have NS regrowth every minute, they have HW:Serenity. You have ironbark, they have GS/holy ward/ greater fade.

So yea kinda depressing at times but well see how everything pans out with tier and 2 leggos. I'm rly keen to try 1m convoke and VI nfae for 2s at least.

Convoke feral with fastidious is very difficult to peel, and puts several CDs on CD. It forces trinkets and 3 CCs in the opener , leaving the 1 min second go wide open for a stun/clone into convoke again.

I can't say yet for sure, but so far we've beat all NF Ferals. But we're still low MMR as we just started to queue. (As Shadow (Necro)Feral HolyPriest). One CD from anybody and no Boomie/Feral was able to kill anybody in our team. I guess it depends a bit on what targets are available.
