They seem to synergize pretty well, convoke does more surges and has 20% crit bonus from boat + your opener is going to have incarn so that's extra

celest spirit makes it cast more surges and it channels quicker

so the echoing resolve one is useless against aware RMPs as well.

if it works like that when you overlap cc it removes the protection charge
