you'll have to grind a leggo, get renown to 59, get conduits up to some relevant levels (I think with renown 80 the 200 ilvl one unlocks?).
you have then the short route of buying gold tokens to then buy crafted gear to then start with the honor set. Oof. That's not that entry friendly at all.
And without at least the first legendary and some measure of conduit entry-level you simply can't compete. The lack in skill of new players will be even more pronounced by the sheer ilvl difference
if you're starting out with base conquest ilvl (like you're doing now in S2 when starting a new twink) the cliff is not as steep.

It was like 40k during berserk with full uptime which is about what your sickle does but it also cuts berserk cd down as well

Basically next patch for Feral atleast necrolord is likely to be good early on prior to double legos becoming a thing. It will probably remain relatively decent just because of the damage and tankiness it brings. The cov lego associated just sucks is the main issue so youll likely be playing with effectively 1 lego.
Kyrian lego got nerfed so bonding with another person will not be the play anymore. Youll likely be bonding with yourself for the mastery + % bonus damage. Youll probably use frenzybrand with the cov lego to reduce ur berserk but symmetry could be like okayish since TF is part of your go
NF will be decent but there is a rise in classes that have 10000000 pets like demo lock so YMMV with NF but since it gains alot of strength from its cov lego already, you can be creative with your second legendary and play tankier or more offensive based on the comp your fighting.

It's overall throughput got buffed 10%, lifebloom was also buffed 12%, the bloom 20%, yeah, sure. But in the notes, they say that swiftmend's newly updated prioritization of consumed HoTs is as follows: Renewing Bloom, Regrowth, Wild Growth, Rejuvenation.
This is a MASSIVE nerf, because as a resto druid, if you fall behind, the only catchup healing other than NS is swiftmend, obviously, but swiftmend only does considerable healing with the Floral Recycling conduit. The problem there is that Renewing bloom heals literally 300 over 8 seconds. A maximum Floral Recycling can still only add a few hundred to swiftmend's potential healing, and a target will almost never not have a Renewing Bloom on them.

If your healing rotation is correct and you're properly extending hots CW should be miles ahead throughput wise. Swiftmend healing is a pretty small part of our overall healing regardless of hot consumed with floral.
