Use addons like bigdebuffs to know when to dispel, omnibar for cd tracking, gladius/sarena for cc diminishing returns (or gladiusex for both cds and DRs)

And train yourself to look at it

@amber snow it used to work like that. where if you had a group of 9 players at 2100 and one at 0 rating, it would keep you at 2100. because it was too easy to carry people, so blizzard tried to adjust for that. I have no clue how it works now. it feels like it just throws darts at a number line and whatever it hits thats your mmr.

Ive played on teams this season where i was the lowest at 2k and the team's mmr was 1800. ive played on teams where the highest was 1800 and the team's mmr was 2k+. its just random gibberish at this point.

First games mmr is always very fluctuating

Other than that there is no difference to how it always worked

You win a lot you get high mmr

You lose a lot you get shit mmr

Everyone also has some form of hidden personal mmr which also impacts rating gain

If you have 2k rating and 1.8 mmr everyone just lost a ton of games in a row. Nothing weird just stop losing

So if I'd queue u with someone that is 1700 cr/mmr it'd even out to around 1500 mmr

Which is true to some extent if their goal is to stay very low

But mostly its just clueless people making up reasons cause they dont know how stuff works

@lunar totem React/pre-kite their gos (you see silence on healer first go for example), you need to cover priest with stuns if he is kill target - all of your root beam gos get MD'd, team needs to insta kill Psyfiend

lots of other stuff but improving those 3 things will help you the most

also consider getting arena 1/2/3 cyclone binds, helps to hide clone target and can cause wars to reflect early for example if you are targeting them and hit an arenaX bind on healer/other dps
