Right now under regular circumstances (target available throughout the cast, not in cc, etc) you get 6 generic spells (like heals and thrash in moonkin form) and 10 form specific spells. The average cast will be Moonfire if available target dont have it up, Starfall if it's not up, then ~40% of the rest will be Surges, 60% will be Wraths.
6 Surges on a 16 spell Convoke is GIGA rolling, 6 Surges on a 8 spell Convoke is simply not gonna happen at all.
