Depending on what comp you're playing the script is gonna change a bit

But for the most part it's maim kill target and let your partner/s deal with ccing the other 2

You can bash healer and wild charge to kill target to buy your priest time to run up and fear for example

But you should focus on locking down whoever you're killing

Otherwise just keep dots up and make them suffer
