tbh I found it a really good learning experience, I was playing a hpala and we couldn't kill anything without repeatedly lining up cc properly
and it got me to use defensives more proactively as enemies pop cooldowns instead of reactively when someone gets low, otherwise he would explode instantly

Played some last night and generally went ok, but tend to struggle hard vs WWs. Keep getting caught unable to heal through burst. Any tips?
Also - should I really be running feral aff into everything? Find guardian helpful for when I get trained but probably a bit of a crutch 😂

can try mass root into ww to root all their pets
also spamming root
and asking your teammate to slow them for you so you can get distance
guardian affinity can also help vs ww but be careful because fists of fury can parry incap roar
and yes playing with arms warrior or bm hunter is free rating against a lot of comps
also using votrex effectively such as on their pets or on a movement ability of their like roll or dragon kick
for example if you vortex right as they roll they have to use a 2nd mobility ability which means theyre slower and you can create distance to catch up on healing
i think that you should be in the mentality of avoiding their burst window as much as possible rather than healing through the damage
Also a general tip vs monks, they are fairly squishy so if you can get the trinket and make him over extend swap to him and kill him in a stun
