It shouldn't. Spell power is derived from Agi for Feral/Guardian, so Int has no effect.
Similarly +15 Str doesn't increase attack pwoer, since it only looks at Agility.

Mastery is just more damage. For nightfae it means even more damage with convoke. But most people prefer haste for fast casts, cyclones, getting into eclipsw faster etc

And boat can be kinda awkward at times in arena. Thats probably why some nf take timeworn instead.

Pretty much. The big con about nf boomie is, that you put everything in one basket with convoke. Thats why i prefer fury of elune. So i can at least use pvp trinket and fury of elune 1-2 times when convoke is on cd

But fury of elune takes a global cooldown. So dont want to use it after entering eclipse because of precious boat window (also kinda awkward)

One last tip. Convoke only hits a target when they are not ccd or stunned. So if a person is in a root, poly, blind, incap convoke doesnt hit. Only on stuns it works
