Well, you need to focus on versatility in particular, afterwards probably mastery for health pool, but on the 2nd “secondary I might be mistaken. Since you are “only” 203 ilvl, you should look to increase your versatility using pvp gear, and honour gear fully upgraded is 197, so get that honour and conquest asap. Obviously running two pvp trinkets is a basic necessity. Trinket and one more - maybe HP one? @split timber

i would say (in my experience) the best way to do it is to spam random bgs for honor and work up to the 197 gear
you can do renown quests and i think buy some 197 gear with anima
then if you want to go this route, you can try to get into Rated bg groups and get to 1400 or 1600 which will let you have 207 or 213 gear to break into 2s and 3s with
Alot of ppl get 1800 or so in rated bgs to get their full set of 213 or 220 gear then go face roll

@autumn tendon dont have any website to link you, only my experience. Convoke doesnt hit targets that are: sapped, blinded, rooted, cyclone, poly, incapped. It will hit targets that are: stunned.
And its not a priority system. More like random between the targets that can be hit (including pets etc). Could be wrong on something though.

Convoke only hits non ccd targets and "hard" ccd targets (meaning CC that doesn't break on damage)
Invulnerable targets like Cycloned people count as soft cc in this case
Although that rule is ignored if a warrior was to intervene and then get CCd
Hence that clip a while back of a warrior intervening a convoke right before being cycloned
