Spec and what’s your goals? I’m resto and built my own crew of people from pug groups I made that play around the same time of day and got 2.1 super easy.

No tricks really... if you're in the lower range in terms of exp/cr you're probably better of pugging, especially this season as it's really easy to get rating. Try and network with people you liked playing with and add their btags after every game, if you're vocal in the groups it helps you be noticed/memorable. Eventually you'll just build up a network and probably get asked to join various groups etc and it just sort of goes from there.

@vapid crane i have the same problem as you, have tanked 200 rating just trying to find partners to play with and sitting hours in lfg. I am friendly and at the same time being vocal about how we can improve but people dont want to listen it seems. Actually have driven me away from pvp lately. I think the best bet is to find a guild that are into pvp and go from there

I took glyphs advice and it helped alot, im the type of player who isnt ragey and willing to smooth things out over a couple losses but ultimately you have to just try and find ppl who are willing to play and learn and get better with you. Some people just arent looking to do that unfortunately, they want to join a game and get a carry

a single one will be buffed. each dot is its own individual thing. so u can have a rip on 2 targets, which would negate rip's bonus damage, but if u have a rake on only 1 target, the rake will gain the +40% bonus
