I have a dumb question but my druid now ilvl 192 without lego is doing about 12k krit surge hits. What i dont get is i got hit in arena for about 25k+ pretty often on my main sure ilvl does a bit but double the dmg i mean i have 21% vers and both pvp trinkets.
So my question is does the balance of all thing lego do anything else then increase my crit chance because if not how do people hit so hard with surge?

Just a little bit of context: I play Guardian for M+ and decided on Venthyr because I like how Ravenous Frenzy pairs with Incarn. I've within the past couple of weeks joined an RBG group because my buddy who I run M+ with dipped out for Legends of Runeterra (big sad). They expressed interest in me learning a damage offspec, but I'm definitely more interested in Feral than Balance. Is there such a way to make it work well without retooling covenants?

I keep getting declined by groups looking for dpriest or hpally, but once I find an open-minded group (or a desperate one) I always top the healing meters. I'm not even that good, I just think 5-10 men fights are the perfect size for rdruid.
So, 1) Is it just me / am I crazy? and 2) since when is pretty much every group obsessed with meta classes? 😦

Yes, I've been thinking about it that way as well. My take is that it's a complementary kind of healing, a fall back blanket. We're never going to be good against the burst, but hots complement well the quick spot healing from other classes. And then there's utility and mobility: I barely ever cast anything in BGs and can do so as tree, plus roots vortex etc.
