It really doesnt matter, vers is big. Mastery is good for burst, haste is good for general play, faster globals, faster cyclone casts, etc. Take whichever stat u like the look of.

Also whilst I’m here, I think minor stats are the most important things when building gear. Vers is the best pvp stat as that what makes ur dmg intake/ output. As feral, mastery is my second most important (bleeds & more dmg when i 5 combo point finish= ferocious bite), than crit, haste. If you want the most dmg output from ur toons, then stats are so important, not something minor. That’s my input because I want to do the most dmg I can in pvp 🙂

Yea i get that in PvE its alot simpler to work out but in PvP it just feels more awkward like at what point is it better to swap out a higher ilvl piece with meh stats for a lower one with better stats for example

For what it's worth, maro corki prev and dipii are all like vers > haste, the only rank 1 boomie I can see with more mastery than haste is Sodah.
Mastery is big dam tho, haste for faster casts can be pretty decently impactful in pvp with crowd control, cast times, simply being able to get a global in just before cc ends, etc.

Generally if you play Cat-eye you still wouldn't play MoC tho, likely should stick to BT or FF still. Double dipping on the extra energy isn't as synergistic as it may sound.
My take on it is that 1. the soulbinds (pelagos and niya) give you a bunch of mastery when you're bursting already, and 2. pace is important.

It's not a pve parse tho (pve sims still say bt is better than moc with Curio), more bites doesn't win you the game, stronger damage when you have cross CC out does. The hp reduction from fero wound caps out at 3 stacks anyway. Generally speaking, MoC by design isn't a good talent to pick in arena. BT gives bigger bites and FF gives you stronger windows of double bite.
