atm it's pretty hard to find really good, informative and educating videos on resto druid.
rdruid isn't in a super good spot in this meta. so people play the more favorable healing classes. (pala, priest)
if they create content for those classes they have a bigger audience who will watch atm.
I can recommend to watch some streamers. e.g. Minpojke
he does play druid and especially when he plays 2s he mostly talks about what he's doing or what they could/should have done.
you can also ask specific questions about your comp in here.
what you faced and where you struggled.
best would be if you just record some gameplay and we can watch and give advice accordingly.

well we are winning basicly vs every healer+melee comp currently
but if we are against 2 dps (for example 1spriest 1balance) we seem to have no way to kill them, they just outheal and outdmg us and also kite

the shadow is the one enabling them to be in charge of the game.
I'm honest here, im not really sure how to tackle that game. But it probably is to try burst boomy in a big go while you cc shadow. if you can bait trinkets before your big go it should be easier.
but try to not get caught in the open. if they get you on 80% or lower you are probably dead in the next stun -> mindgames setup.
warlock is a completely other beast. Try to look for a lot of restrealths and interrupt as much as you can. if he starts his go, then you line and heal back up.
be really careful on what fear you dispel. the efflorence pvp talent helps your ret to connect.
unstables can crit after dispel so be prepared if you decide to dispel one.
the longer the game goes against affli, and they can't pressure you then your chances get higher to win.
they can't outburst you later in dampening.
ah, and in some cases you can just brute force heal a mindamges instead of dispelling it.

but a good warlock will kite a lot. they are almost all nightfae. keep that in mind

It's a lot about resetting. Maybe get a few drinks in and go offensive when your ret has cds.
if you go into a higher dampening fight with both parties at full healt. your ret should almost always win.
