Circle is safe very good for feral in all of pve, it's also good damage for resto in keys. If you play boomie instead, then some restos run BOAT actually as well for damage in keys. Generally for healing you want either the lifebloom one or the wild growth one. And Verdant Infusion for pvp. You can make do with 2 legendaries at first for sure. With 3 you're golden. @fallow warren

And you can basically craft one per week
