putting cw on your party member starts a timer of 30 seconds. the hot is not active then and you can't increase the duration of that timer with swiftment.
as soon as the CW heal goes off by your target getting damage (8 second timer) and you use swiftmend with the verdant infusion legendary you increase the 8 second timer

kyrian is a lot more reliable whereas convoke will require setup to actually pull off properly which can sometimes be difficult - once you have symm legendary (if you do) you can get some big burst windows with the triple bite

for those talking about kyrian vs NF feral, as a NF im heavily considering swapping (prob wont for now as NF is BIG for raid healing which i do with irl homies).
But it comes down to consistency. In higher rated 3s arena (only 1800+) its getting hader and harder to make good value out of convoke and i feel like i need the consistency

I have a question regarding arena1/arena2/... target macros. I've just stumbled across this and have never used it actually. I play resto currently and what is very confusing for me: Let's say I create a Cyclone macro for arena1=target and move it to my action bar. This would mean that whatever player is currently on "position" 1 is targeted by this macro, right? But that would mean that cyclone is not always targeting the target I really want to cyclone, so I would need 3 cyclone macros with arena1/2/3 AND I would always need to be aware of the position in the opponents group to target the correct player and use the correct macro. This seem very complicated to me so I guess that I misunderstood something here... maybe someone can lead me to the right path of thinking here

I've only ever seen tanks above 2.5 (mostly guardians with a few veng) and never seen boomer tank work successfully. Even with the tank dmg increase they're a much more viable option especially with sleeper lego
