the way I would play sleeper is basically the same strategy you do in a kotmogu, mass root and slow the attack team while you slowly lap on a predetermined path over which you can los at each corner, sleeper is the rogue insurance which is the main way this strat fails

A DH can just jump out to disengage if he get caught by a rogue, me? I'd need to shift out of bear to disengage, that's a death sentence, therefore a rogue locking me and allowing the rest of the team to catchup (resulting in me getting permanently engaged) is a ticking clock on my attack team

once I do get engaged though, Natural order is easily a good 30s to one minute of extra survivability

They go 100 -> 110 - > 120 -> 120 -> 120 for a total of 570% surge damage
BOAT can throw out 3 surges in a row with one more a few seconds laterfor a total of 140 -> 132 -> 124 -> 100, the 4th one you have to wait a bit so BOAT buff already over. 496% surge damage total.
