Higher ilvl = higher stamina and armor too. You can kinda of roughly do HP / (1 - defensive vers) to see if you're gaining or losing effective HP. Tho this still doesn't account for armor, it should be good enough.

A really basic rundown if you are playing WASD movement
q, 1, ` : these are fast presses that you will not likely fat finger since you don't have to cross other keys to reach them, I use vortex flourish and a throwaway spell eflo here
z : I use a movement spell here for most of my classes; soulshape
x : low fatfingering, I use trinket here
c, v, b : lots of fatfingering here, I use catform + prowl on bar 1 as it shifts, shadowmeld shift+c, moonkin form v, cheetah form b, mount shift b (these are good keybinds you can press while moving with your thumb, but sometimes you just hit the wrong one)
f, g : fast keys, I use interrupts like bash here, clone, and hibernate (shift+g)
e : fast keys, I use bear and barkskin (shift+e) here, you are going to be shifting it a lot
r : wild charge/snares usually
t : incapacitates, could argue for this one to go on 1 or shift + 1
2, 3, 4, 5 : wg, regrowth, cen ward, usually prefer they have a cast time since your hand comes off movement keys to press them (convoke is 5)
mouse button 4 + 5 (or more if you have a nice mouse): rejuv + lifebloom (can cast while moving) these are bound on bar 2+ since I want to use them to shift out of form
Shift 1-5: big cds in order of use, Swiftmend, NS, Entangling Roots, Ironbark

one consideration is you want keys you press a lot to be on comfortable binds
ones that are on longer cds or not used can be a bit further as long as you don't fat finger them
I also don't recommend changing all your keys at once unless you want to feel neuterd.
