If you want to pvp then yes on most items, having a few higher ilvl items without vers wont drastically hurt you

Markers mainly uses oath/draught, others prefer verdant/life bloom for your lego setup. I use oath mostly, but I'm not real fond of any of our options at the moment currently. If we get some cat Legos that put more of our damage into rip and less design around bite I'll prolly take those. Draught is the best we have for that right now I suppose, but with SotW bugged for restocat I'm not a fan of it.

How is healer meta in rbg? Resto any decent?
It's pretty good. I think I'm 1970~ish, I'll double check this week. 2.3k~ish mmr is what I normally queue with, try and find groups with a priest/shaman in yolos so you can go snag easy flags at that mmr. For example I usually start AB going with the zerg to LM. WG+pre-Tranq+WG+flourish. Leap the cliff, stealth sprint to stables/BS/Mines. Look for where there hunter is sitting avoid paladins sitting. Bait the trinket with openers/cc and false caps, kitty leap+maim+full convoke will generally kill the sitters that aren't paladins. Rogues you have to bait out after their saps/blinds and such. Takes more time but still a super high success rate there. Not many people react to defense at that mmr that early. You can do this off and on the entire game, just make sure you stay aggressive. Comes down to practicing when to be with the groups and when to be stealth capping. Make sure you always check what the enemy team is running comp wise to get an understanding of where you need to go and which base to poke at. Going toe to toe in having fights against 2 rshaman, and a disc for example is hard to keep up with if your team is running an rdruid and they have more rot. Work on forcing those groups to split forces if your teammates won't. Easier to do as a rdruid than the other healers for example.
At the end of the day yolos are yolos. Anticipate at some point of having to become a play maker. Just cause others should, doesn't mean they will in yolos

Hunters/locks are the easiest to catch off guard if you need to make plays at this lower tier games if your NF. Soulshape immunity from traps/aoe cc by timing the animation really blunders them. You can do the same to priests, but spriest will usually out sustain you anyways regardless of blinking and baiting their aoe fear. Those hardly ever defend anyways and you never really get into a position in rbgs that baiting those has a prominent impact without it being near suicide in group fights.
I run oath personally to have instant roots, help force trinkets, and still have leap/maim/convoke setups. Again I personally favor aggressive play so you can always dial it back and go for a more traditional stance.
In my experience any healing style works up to 2k in rbgs. When I queue with 3-4 friends I generally tone down the aggressive caps somewhat and focus purely on sustain but it's still a niche I can go for on a dime and still often do several times during a nightly session.
