@fervent imp necrolord is considered the best fro resto druid in 3’s. In 2’s I think necrolord is still better. Nf could burst on stuns but that’s about it. The mobility is ok too. Necrolord will get much better at renown 30 when you can get “ultimate form” to help immune cc

@frozen lark I think they shine in 2’s but are still good in 3’s. You have a lot of tools like clone, stuns, roots, hibernate and vortex that are all nice in 2’s

My thought is this:
Memory of the mother tree paired with Early Spring - seems useful in big flag fights. OR stacking wild amounts of haste and getting Vision of Unending Growth paired with germination.

I do resto myself though and do night fae, typically Im not the one being focused. I use convoke as an opener in cat form, usually gets interrupted, but in my experience I'm rarely ever focused, usually allowing me to get off free convokes from a safe distane with the double melee

I seen where Markers as example is starting to sprinkle in feral potency conduits (for testing) for that little extra umph for priority kill targets. Doesn't seem too awful depending on your lego+convoke amplify conduit. Convoke damage conduit+bite conduit seems like a pretty decent gain. I guess it depends if you play aggro like a disc or just want to turtle heal as a bear. As hp pools and vers increase you'll probably want to gravitate towards pressure builds naturally. At around 23% verse 205ish ilvl I already feel a night and day difference than the initial 184ilvl in terms of survivability.

Also always works with setup; make sure you have BT buff, build combos, then when you want the on demand burst x2 bites consuming the buffs in two globals.

It's less on demand than sym, but it can be worked around still. Maybe necro with draught could work, but currently burst is king over heavy pressure from ferals at the moment at least in the comps I'm familiar with and run.

Balance is good, it reminds me of a ranged ret paladin. Treat incarn as wings and people who don't respect defensives or LoS will melt just like those who try and facetank wings yolo style.

Incarn catches most lower cr players off guard compared to wings if you're just trying to farm at ratings for the mount

Easy way to mount farm is just doing rbgs as a chicken. Lots of groups stack 3-4 there :p

dreambinder actually seems prretty nutty from using it, its not hard to keep 100% uptime if youre allowed to cast for a bit. Biggest downside is that starsurges and starfalls from convoke dont proc it but you can just pop 2 starsurges into convoke for like a 40% damage buff on your convoke starsurges (with the convoke potency conduit)

actually made a pretty big diffference in pve for me too and keeping it up isnt difficult at all since it also reduces cost

I've never left a fight thinking my team couldn't possibly have played differently at some point to avoid a death. Post sub MM insta gib opener nerfs and pally judgement spam that is

Boomers, Enh shaman, ferals, fire mage, etc. Can still kill you incredibly fast, but watching omni bar and team communication can cut back on those gibs incredibly.

Honestly my biggest complaint is the warrior utility more than anything atm. More so than the silly ret wog.

Prot pally is a close second just cause I hate tank specs and the stupid that comes with them in arena

Convoke when you setup a maim kill. Your current cp isn't really an issue there. Usually this is when you don't have zerk for sym burst, but your partner has cds and ready to go

Usually this is done on swaps, but not always. Wild charge in cat to target-maim-convoke your dps should be following up with combustion, wings, etc. during a setup

Works the same as resto playing kitty affinity. This meta is about syncing coolies with your partner during setups for kills, or surviving/kiting when opponent is doing the same.

With Apex I'd be more aggressive on setups to try and bait defensives early. You have a 12sec window to hit if you play around that lego. Might be easier to just use it for pressure and the main/convoke combo to meet your kills. Convoke can be a lot bit rng though. Sometimes it will kill in 1.5 seconds and feel super broke, other times all the damage will be in the back end, and then you have those times it just feels awful with the bite procs.

I personally would like to see a burf to convoke, set an X amount bites and 1 FF to occur at specific intervals with the final hit being FF.

Do the same with starsurge/FM less initial absurd front load damage, more punishment for letting the channel finish. Easier to balance the damage of the ability in pvp that way with really no change to overall output in pve over the duration.

I prefer my "hybrids" running double dps currently.

If you're doing DH/Feral I recommend veng DH and setup around his hunt.

If you create a decent clone setup convoke/hunt or sym+zerk should be enough for hunt to end the game. Don't just run in guns blazing trying to insta kill someone in the first 4 seconds vs healer teams that have all their defensives at the ready

Guardian affinty, and turtle up. You're teammates are on CC duty if you're the train target. Likewise, you're on cc duty if they're training a teammate
