Being a balance druid, sorry, "relies" might have not been the best word, but convoke is just easily silenced by good pvpers and you are stuck waiting another two minutes. Feels lackluster that our main covenant ability is so easily muted.

Leveling is a nonissue regardless of what you play. Feral's probably the faster spec to level as for druid.
At max level, feral's gimmicky one shot is way easier to stop than mm or sub or arms or ret, but when they inevitably tune those down, including convoke if they do that, feral's still in a very good place.
