@candid condor I went with head for 2 reasons. First, both hands and head have the same vers/mastery secondaries on their pvp gear. So in this case, most of my feral gear will come from pvp (resto for m+ and raid), so it doesen't matter which i choose. However, your legendary I believe should reletivly be high(er) ilvl than the rest of your gear, and as such went Head for more main stats

One thing to note about Night Fae covenant is it has some form of targeting logic where it wont hit rooted targets. This can be good & bad as long as you are expecting it. For example, it's good if you're root/beam'ing a healer as crowd control, or if you root a pet to make sure no spells will be wasted on it.

I've also seen it shoot spells at totems & cycloned targets though which is of course bad.
