@terse copper i'd guess the legendary performs the same as hotw talent, which unfortunately uses your base charge first. so if you have guardian affinity (1 charge) and use hotw (2 charge) and end hotw with 1 charge on cd and 1 available, you'll be left with 1 charge on cd 0 available when hotw ends

I have to disagree. Fae works in arena, teams only have a certain amount of stops possible. You can easily bait out kicks with clone etc. In terms of pets? Currently most pets die to passive moonfire damage. If youโre worried about hitting into a clone target you can clone and move away from that target. If youโre playing a rot comp like LSD2 and their whole team is low, convoke could potentially finish them all off.. donโt write off fae

I've done some scrolling up, I'm sure this has been asked several times, but still can't find a complete answer. I am at the moment quite confused on what covenant to pick. I usually do all type of content, M+, mythic raiding, 2s/3s, RBGS. Kinda want to go NF, however it might be better to stick to Kyrian ?

Kyrian will likely be the strongest option for Balance; you will not be linking with your teammate. 1 minute % damage increase synergises well. Night Fae is not ideal (AI is bad, hits pets/clone, wasted spells), Venthyr can be strong in big setups, but has the Destro Infernal problem that people will run at high stacks. Necrolord is okay with Cycle of Life and Death legendary but not as strong as Kyrian for now.
