So I need help deciding If I should go with the Corrupted Gladiator's Maledict or Safe guard. The Safeguard gives me a 117K absorb shield if I go below 25% HP (3min cooldown), but the Maledict does 10.9K in dps every 2 seconds for 6 seconds. (2min cooldown)

That's exactly the issue with facing tanks. You're out there staying alive vs 3-4 people, what happens if there's a tank always also tanking damage and being an immortal sponge on whatever base your team tries to hit, while you do the same? Is the game decided by whoever capped the first base first?
Your base sitter got stuck on a fence for half a second while he was running to the base to capture it, damn guess there's nothing I can do we'll just lose cuz there are 2 tanks there spinning for 15 mins

I levelled up a priest from 85 the other day to 120 just to finish off having all 120s. Disc seems kinda fun but shadow seems... a challenge at least in a PVP setting. Both specs have that "wounded cattle being torn apart by wolves" feeling though disc can live a lot longer ๐

Well I don't play arena really so I enjoy a toon based on how good it is in solo play and in the world and randoms without a lot of support. I suppose it would be fun in some situations where you can MC people off cliffs and there is an element of counter/outplaying with greater fade and dispersion. Having said that though vs anyone who is knowing what they are doing and the amount of self heals in the game, it's going to be a struggle to stay alive and do enough damage.
