Is this season more difficult to last or no different? Got to 1800 as ret/fmage last season and now playing hpala/feral and can't get out of around 1600. Im really lost in what I'm suppose to do in general (not rotation, more gameplan) and PvEing isn't working so much

I have been wanting to get back into RBG's this season and was asked to FC for a group last night. I was surprised on how much I missed RBG's. Being on a coordinated teams helps but the games were all good competitive games. To me RBG's can really showcase the strengths of a lot of classes that just can't be shown in an Arena Match. I wish the RBG community expands again in 9.0.

I was never asked what corruption I had and when I have looked in LFG I have not once seen any Corruption requirements for RBGs. The usual Rating/Link requests are there. Corruption can change a strat because you have to prepare for "Welp" moments. I am not saying corruption is good game design but both teams have to take it into consideration. I saw more people die from the use of the PvP Trinket than corruption kills last night.

in pvp most of your damage comes from dots, instant lunar strikes, surges and reaping flames, since 90% of the time people will just sit you so even with starlord unless the team is just hella bad you just wont get much value out of it

just get x3 AP and then w/e, I like high noon and potm since that is most of our damage anyways.
that said if u do like all the stuff like raid/conquest cap/wq emissary, then it's not hard to accumulate a ton of different gear sets. I pve as well so I have gear sets for boomy pve and pvp, plus gear sets for every other spec.
