Now taking this breakdown from a few rounds of Shuffle. The 5 -> 3 Bloom procs per Swiftmend is a loss of ~25% of the total Blooms - 3275 HPS
The splash change to Blooms only and hitting 3 targets up from to makes it a ~4930 HPS gain. More in practice with it hitting the Lifebloom target itself and increasing the splash radius from 30 to 40yd.
Like you can tell on this 2nd screenshot, this is still Shuffle, Everbloom is just hitting 1 target, it's not healing the LB target and not hitting the caster 40yd away.
