For pure damage you should go Twin Sprouts, Liveliness, and prob drop the Bursting Growth things on the right if theres anything else to buff damage there.
Maybe take Swipe. Useful for building on Cyclones

Twin sprouts seems worth trying, I'm probably not confident enough to survive without the mana from master shapeshifter or at least I appreciate the mogg potential of always sitting at 90%+ mana to mess with the other healers mental.
