foe ends up doing better damage and it cleaves better compared to a slow cast of full moon, and you get more pressure off inside a foe because you can spam surge from the ap gen a lot easier than trying to dump ap, getting kicked on full moon and having no dmg since it's astral and locking you out of both schools etc

dont have a damage # since dont have beta but in practicality it's just never that good compared to foe

If you're new to healing i would focus alot on just making sure you can pump hps and avoid cc

Assisting with cc and dps is good (I don't think rdruid can really do significant dps in arena tbh) but it comes secondary to making sure your team doesn't die
It's never worth going for cc if it's gunna make you fall behind
