like im doing some speed kill bosses in mop, are they mechanically harder compared to retail mythic clears? no absolutely not, is there still massive skill expression? yes and for the goal we have part of the skill expression absolutely is knowing on which bosses we move to 2, 1 or even 0 healers which bosses can be 1 tanked and in which way
that part of the competition isnt really a thing in modern wow for most people
modern wow competition is mostly when you kill the end boss thats the main goal, and some odd people go for full parse runs which is closer to what we do because thats kinda only way to compete in a fun way in older wow versions imo
cause raids are cleared within hours or minutes of release anyway

if you are a healer you can absolutely solo lose the bg for your team

if you're dps, it's not that deep of a loss streak but not impossible to be completely agnostic of your performance,
The more likely answer is you may not have as okay-an-understanding of what you're supposed to do in each battleground as you think you do OR you aren't doing enough effective damage/healing (not understanding how your class functions in the game mode) OR both.
There are guide resources available online to help you but without even knowing your spec I'm not sure people can help you
6 loss streak at low MMR is not unheard of but also nobody truly good is going 0-6 at low mmr barring EXTREME outlier situations on any class or role so take that for what you will
so even if you ARE just 'doing okay' you aren't carrying yourself out, which in theory you absolutely can do.

Game doesn't reward multiclassing anymore as much, it feels. Conversely, 'maining' a class feels punished unfortunately.
Worried it will be even more pronounced with classes being more approachable and easier to play and master. Right now, the ease of leveling and gearing has created a community where one is often simply expected to reroll meta.
I was directly asked by my friend to reroll prot warrior, he espoused the virtues of playing something powerful and how fun it is.
I personally have felt the pull of rolling VW, or marks, because rdruid/feral were worse this season etc,
Once upon a time I really pushed hard for my gf to try disc over holy etc, because holy was down tremendously at the time,
Instead of the game making it cool to try other specs (mop challenge modes, wod challenge modes, legion class hall campaigns and mage tower) the game just makes it feel like shit to main one guy.
One of the many downsides of the current frictionless gearing and leveling experience. (Many upsides, I don't /think/ I would want to go back, especially in pvp)
When you can have a fully functional character in 8-15 hours /played even people with limited time are just a week away from being geared on a new class
