Crit is taxed directly, haste and crit are punished by less uptime, mastery is less punished by less uptime, versatility has defensive value, you get decent haste 3p tier set plus trinket,

Recommend running versatility in cape tho.

If you tried to not dr mastery at current stat abundance you would be dring vers or just juicing haste instead which you could do on say, boots and bracers if you wanted to be using higher vers items, but with lycaras making cyclone fast already its really up to you.

In short: dr'd mastery gives more damage than dr'd vers and nondr'd haste still.
