Does this have any effect on frenzied regen and renewal? I tested on pvp dummies and I don’t think it does. If ursols vigor and this 20% buff stacked with those two, that would be pretty insane. Or are they coded in a way that no modifiers effect it and it’s a flag 20% for frenzied regen and 30% for renewal (minus dampening)
