Other than trinkets, it's just the same as 665 pve gear. You generally dont pick up a lott of Crit cuz it's nerfed in pvp, and Vers defensive benefit comes into play a lot more, otherwise same thing if you wear your PVE gear in PVP

one of the least intuitive skills to learn

depends on their positioning, the cd's they've used, if your teammate can connect, etc

if it's mm/bm, you definitely want to go mm though

+1 second on all hots is just nice

Also I have been aggressively dropping versatility and keeper of the grove gives you a 8% damage reduction

My hunch is that 4p is generating some WGs, which helps Wildstalker proc rate a lot without using up mana on WG. + the tick rate situation from Forest Guardian also helps Wildstalker proc rate.
