There's a new talent that makes the Lycara stat stay after you shift out of a form for 5s.
So if you go bear then back cat, you keep your mastery from cat + 6% vers from bear for 5s.
That makes it a DPS gain to use Mangle rotationally with Fluid Form. You also get Ursine Vigor uptime that way.
