So I have a friend I usually heal for in 2s when he wants to conquest cap his dps. I'll heal his warrior, his DK, his mage and we always have like a 2 win to 1 loss ratio.

Yesterday I had him return the favor and heal for my rogue.

We lost against everyone. We lost against 2 destruction warlocks. We lost against an affliction lock + ret paladin ,(seemingly winnable games since they didn't have heals)

Now I'm not the best rogue so I don't fully blame him. But there would be games where we were fighting a DPS + a healer and he would be dying to a single DPS and unable to keep himself up.

And rather than kiting a pillar so I could peel he was kiting away from me so I had to use all of my mobility skills (if I had any off CD) to try and peel

I've never played disc priest but no healer should be dying to a single DPS unless it's 5 min into the map and high dampening, right?

Someone was trying to convince me unholy DK + warrior + healer is a top team. And I politely asked why wouldn't you run warrior/ele or unholy DK / BM hunter. Cause it seems like 1 melee + 1 ranged is a common formula. And 2x ranged and 2x melee seems suplb optimal

Out of all the AWC teams I only saw one playing double melee, there may have been more idk
