Most people are KOTG. My take on it is Wildstalker is better healing, especially for keeping up like 1 caster getting dunked on full time, but KOTG is good too and it adds more offensive pressure that you need to win games as rdru right now, since you don't outlast disc/hpal
But WS also relies on casting some spells you dont normally and that can be hard on mana/unreliable with positioning

How long is a rope? If someone is being targeted,, you heal them. Depending on how much damage they will/are taking you adapt to that by throwing stuff on them.
Mana is very rarely a concern in SS so u dont have to worry about it buy obviousley u dont keep 2x rejuv on everybody all the time.
