IMO if you're playing KOTG cuz you're copying someone, you have to bank on putting out a bit of pressure with the instant Starfires (+Starsurges) and some amount of CC
Wildstalker in my eyes adds a good bit more healing, but it "requires" casting WG to get more procs out of it, Early Spring may help, and dropping Germ for Budding Leaves may help with mana if thats an issue.
While KOTG gives you offensive pressure thru passive Moonfires and the instant casts

It’s not in the best state as of now, but still has one of the most fun toolkits (as in wotlk) with high carry potential, issue in solo shuffle is that every teammate isn’t exactly reliable with cd useage and such, which makes it sometimes difficult to be the proactive healer that resto druids require, as they struggle with catching back up, however it’s definitely viable but not top tier,
Mastery is your best stat by far and seems like the general consensus is that it’s worth dropping some ilvl for it (I.e blue crafted gear)
I would recommend looking at Lontars YouTube guide, he gives a pretty good overview on rotation and cd management (granted that it’s of course very situational) and then watch minpojke who streams resto Druid games every day at a high lvl

Heres an excuse to level up that druid: You like to torment yourself. Joke aside, rdruids are far behind disc/pres and argueably one of the worst healers rn after the latest tunings. Rdruids do generally grow with gear and the next patch might "fix" us but we are not in a good spot rn. In the positive ur not lvl 80 yet so alot can happen 😉

And bloody gear is just in general worse and more replaceable

Depending on what content you're doing, making really good use of Lifebloom on yourself + partner in 2s for example, and just dispelling UA -> Bearform can be a good deal of "free" healing
If you're fairly still you can even efflo yourself for extra healing, but yeah can be scary to dispel UA, especially if your partner isn't stopping the damage coming in

You need to pay more attention to what is going on offensively so try to get a feel for when they're gonna use trinket too

but yea looking at the gold costs - arathors/luredrop seem ~5g more expensive on NA, mycobloom pretty much the same writhing sample about 30g more gilded vial also the same, so total the cost of 5+ potions is 70g more, however each pot sells for ~15g more - so even assuming 0 multicraft its at 75g for 5 pots more - so this worst case estimation is +5g for each potion in NA compared to EU

Not much you can do about the purge other than have reactive resin, be smart with Overgrowth, and hope your team has a lot of magic buffs themselves to protect your hots
But you can annoy them a lot with roots, it prevents some of their healing, it's instant in tree form, remember that

Are u new to resto? If so Lonthar has some great guides if u are looking for some basic help. Otherwise u can ask specific questions here or directly to some top druids when they are streaming.
But, we are all struggling rn as rdruid is prob the worst healer outside of 2v2.

2s and 3s u (should) expect ur team mate to "help" with certain burst windows to make sure they dont die and/or to not overlap.
SS is a shitstorm where most games everyone pop everything the first 10 seconds. If u are losing within a minute or two ur doing more than 1 thing wrong. Just pop everything early honestly
Dont clone where if u get stopped ur fked. Meaning, have hots up. Play max range etc
