embellishments are bonus effects that you can add to gear when you craft it, you can have up to 2 different embellishments. every spec will probably want something different and a lot of people dont know yet what's good so if you want you can leave off an embellishment or craft a piece with a random embellishment if you're not sure. you can always recraft later and remove the embellishment or change to a different one

spark of omens are only relevant to pve now, don't worry about those. they used to be a bigger deal in dragonflight because they timegated how frequently you could craft these conquest-ilvl pvp pieces. the only reason you'd ever need a spark of omen for pvp is if you did +9 keys or higher and could craft an extra 2 pieces to use in pve, this wouldn't apply to like 99% of the pvp playerbase though and it would just be a very small short term advantage over someone who does no pve

bloody token gear is also relevant, it is pretty easy to farm for and id just spend it on random offpieces such as cloak wrist belt boots. this only goes to 636 item level so it is an improvement over honor gear but probably won't be "long term bis" except maybe the cloak if your spec is a giga mastery stacker or something. for now just buy whatever pieces you want to fill in gaps or to replace honor gear that has bad stats

every spec has a tier set, your tier set is the same whether it is pvp or pve. theres no such thing as pvp tier or pve tier. you just want your tier set pieces to be 639 item level which means you start with conquest gear because it is 639 pvp item level and use the catalyst to convert it into tier which will remain 639 pvp item level. you probably dont care about pve tier because it will be much lower item level unless you're mythic raiding

Standard in MMOs to be honest. Plenty to do in them, but a lack of things that you feel motivation or want/value in doing. Being a casual should be envied to be honest, those guys can never run a single bit of hard endgame content and yet can play near daily for a whole expac and still not feel like they've done everything they wanted.

I actually like kotmogu, it’s very obvious what the correct objectives are, it’s also possible to come back from behind by winning a big team fight. And hitting an orb carrier for their whole health bar is fun. Like it’s a cheesey bg but I think it’s way better than deepwind
