To leapfrog so you can never go down in rating

If you have 2 warriors 1 is 1800 the other is 1750, you play the 1750 warrior in a shuff for example and end up being 1830 on that one, now you play the 1800 warrior so even if you lose you’ll still have the 1830 warrior. And you just always play the character that’s lower rated so you have 0 risk of losing your peak rating

Also some people like to play their main with their “serious team” while playing an alt of the same class less seriously with other people etc

that's only something you do in a 1v1 typically, and sometimes in double dps 2v2

are you asking that because of prowl and shadowmeld being in there? those are there because that's the only way for rake to become a stun. so before you open on someone you should be in prowl for the first rake stun, and since you have incarn up, you can press prowl again while in combat for the 2nd rake stun, and the 3rd rake stun comes from pressing shadowmeld then rake immediately after

After my third shuffle session, which ended early, I’m really looking for some genuine advice and tips. I’m playing Restoration, but honestly, I don't care much about the spec because nothing feels right so far. I’ve watched all of MMARKER’s guides and Arena Junkie videos about druids, but they haven’t seemed to help.

In Dragonflight Season 1, I hit 1.8k rating, but now I can't even break past 1.2k. Every lobby feels the same: either I don’t heal enough, I go oom too fast, or someone runs out into the open and I have to follow them, only to get CC’d while my HoTs get purged. By the time I can refresh them, that player’s already dead.

I feel like I should have the basics down by now, but I honestly don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I literally go 3-3 in almost every lobby and can’t seem to climb. The frustrating part is that I’ve played way more Druid than anything else, but I recently started playing Disc Priest, and I’m already at 1.5k with a 60% win rate. I hate to admit it, but is Restoration just that bad for shuffle? It feels like I’m constantly fighting uphill, and I’m wondering if it's even viable in this meta.

What’s the trick to getting away from a death knight as bear, like it literally feels like he’s pulling me back more than I can more forward

on boomy i try to wild charge the first grip before he can get the blind or stun off. as bear you can do a cancel form-wild charge macro that you have set to target a healer or some other ranged player on your team and you basically hit that as soon as they grip you in and get out of there. then stampeding roar immediately and make even more distance. i know it feels like they can get you from anywhere but there's a range on it and you can los it obviously.
also shift out of bear then back in to drop the slow. fluid form helps with this.

also roots/typhoon/ursols all help give you space. i know it feels like they can always catch but if you remember to swap forms to drop the slows and avoid that initial blind/stun they usually hit you with on the first grip, you'll be ahead. plus yeah any speed talents also help

From the conquest vendor

A ring costs 525 conquest. A ribbon is worth 175 conquest. You need 3 ribbons to make a ring

If you have ribbons use them, if you have no ribbons spend 525 conquest to buy 3 ribbons

And put them in the crafting order along with your mats and a missive and maybe an embellishment if you want one in that slot
