Mostly just focus on gameplay. Buy armor with mastery, use the trophies of conquest on mastery items, you'll prob want to craft ring and neck to lower your vers a bit in favor of more mastery. Theres also PVE jewelry with heavy mastery you might want to get if you care enough.
