It seems to me like Enh is so random, like it always requires you to monitor several random procs to see which button should go next, thereby dividing your attention between the game (what's going on) and the UI (rotation).
Is Feral like that as well or the polar opposite?
Some specs seem like they give the player extra power via not requiring constant attention on the UI, and I'm guessing Feral can follow a pre-planned sequence in bursts and I would say Ret feels like playing 1-dimensional tetris (fitting constantly rolling 1-3 HP builders into a row of 5) and feels like a metronome with only one random reset (Art of War is quite predictable, especially when dipping in and out of melee).
