in regards to legs vs hands, i think to start the season if ur gaining +13 ilvl in a slot its more beneficial to choose a high stat budget piece (head chest legs) when possible

haste mastery arent necessarily bad stats, u just try to avoid crit so the leg stats arent rly problematic. you probably notice that a lot of ppl enchant and gem haste or mastery instead of vers when they start reaching soft dr levels of vers

infurious boots have a unique embellish effect, life bound boots are just regular boots which u can choose to put an embellish on such as precog or blue silken lining etc. but if you think infurious boots are one of your top 2 best embellishes youd always want to craft that and put your 2nd embellish in a different slot
