"Win 3" is a tie, not a win. In an even mmr game you woulda had 0 rating change. You only got 3 points cuz your rating was much lower than the enemy mmr, but if you lost 45 going 2-4 that can only mean in that game your rating was much higher than the enemy's mmr.
Gaining +4 +5 sounds like a lot of 3-3 spam. Or if it's 4-2 then you're playing against much lower mmr people than your cr for one reason or another, then you suddenly lose and yeah, the rating loss is larger than normal.

There is never a case however to be losing 45 points for going 2-4 in a lobby where the average is higher than yours
